Car repair question for the petrolwrothers

I've got an old BMW Z3 (yes, yes, I know, hairdresser etc) that I want to sell, but the driver's heated seat doesn't work.

Maybe just a connection problem and I don't really want to be ripped off by BMW. Anyone got any idea where in Norwich might be able to take a look and possibly fix for not hooge amounts of cash?
