Web and text on 02 gives 500mb and 500 texts if you top ?10 up

they don't actually take the ?10 off you though, you just have to top up ?10 a month

Once I get to about ?30 credit, I switch tariffs to avoid topping up, then have 2 months on a tariff which takes the credit off, then I go back to topping up on the web and text plan

?60 a year works out
