Can you actually get a decent PAYG deal with included data?

Where the data part of it doesn't cost the earth?

I am constantly amazed by how expensive mobile bandwidth is - last time I looked at a new contract it was ?10 a month difference between 1GB pcm and 2GB pcm. Madness ?10 per GB per month? Fuck that.
