Where I live it happens about once a month

sometimes with warning (2-4hrs) sometimes without warning (1-2hrs). Went out last season during the Villa 3 - 2 Norwich game, it cut out just as Leon Barnett played THAT backpass. No surprises to see the scoreline by the time I had sorted out my backup.
