Laptops either have on board gfx this means the chip

That controls the gfx is built in to the motherboard so all you have is one board in laptop if this is what you have then 90 percent sure it's the motherboard that is dead. Laptops also can have dedicated gfx cards these are separate cards that plug in to the main board which means if this has died its possible to replace it as it's separate to the motherboard. In my opinion I build pc and I would say your motherboard is dead which is expensive to fix. Almost definitely not processor. Sorry bout long post and no punctuation typing on my phone
