For example, we already have this in place with Hughton. He took Marlon King on as a player, and didn't see any notion of his past as a problem, and other pro players never comment on it. Just a silent second chance thing, or the past is the past

Yet, blow me, a player kicks a ball boy, and they all fly out of the woodwork absolutely disgusted
