The diving situation is in favour of the striker. I'd say only 1 dive in 10 is punished

and strikers happilly take that risk because they get more than they do punished

Sadly, the game doesn't deal with it properly. I understand a referee should be allowed to keep order in the game, but retrospective action should have been introduced into the game by now
