The thing is, Wes gets the ball and just has

no options to move it forward because Holt is on his own and double-marked, so he has to go sideways or backwards.

There is just never *any* pace to our attacks. It's all too slow and the defenders get in position and can fairly easily snuff us out.

Also Bennett looks totally lost on the left again. No left foot at all.

There have been some decent spells of possession, but all either side of the halfway line.
