Take her upstairs, lock the door on the way with chain on... that'll keep the other sister out.

Go bareback style on the sister, if she says no realising she shouldnt have led her him on, slip the old chloraform out and that should ease the rejection.

Then open the door, let the GF in,pretend that the sister is sleeping upstairs as not well, then have the usualy sutff with the GF.

Exiting swiftly after of course.
