but I'd probably do something silly. Like write a diary entry about, and even photograph it with a copy of day's paper. Proving that I wrote it on that day
Then if it ever came back on me that I didn't say anything. I'd probably leave both lying around for the other person to read while I was out. Thus giving them the opportunity to hear me out, and it would prove anything I'd said was real because I'd gone to all that effort
I'd think to myself, that doing all the above, would cut out the games that would instantly happen if suspicion or trust issues kicked off, cos that will fester in the background until forgiveness, or a massive fight/blow out/angry sex occurs
It would probably be an easier option to quietly leave your explanation lying around. Then when you got home, you might just get nice welcome. Rather than "god I hope she's not going to move my things about, or avoid me, or be short with me, or bring up past irritations etc etc"
But then, I'm a bit mental
