Since we're all going mad hitting refresh for the inevitable news of van Wolfswinkle going somewhere else, let's change the subject...
Is Camp here purely as backup, or is he a contender to start tomorrow? Bunn has been a career backup, Camp has been a #1. (Bunn has made 49 appearances since 2008, 31 of those on loan at Sheff U in 2009-10, whereas Camp has made 163 for Forest since 2009.)
One thing that stood out to me on Saturday was Declan having a right go at the defence, something I don't recall seeing Bunny do much of. I'm not blaming Bunn for not being Ruddy, but I have wondered if we're missing some organization from the keeper with Ruddy out.
With Camp's contract being short-term, it makes me wonder if he hasn't been brought in to be #1 until Ruddy gets back, which gives us more experience and him a chance to impress someone.
