It it top banana.
Grinds for filter machines, stove-top espresso things or french presses - you just grind for longer for finer grounds.
I only have a cheapo french press, but with a good course grind, it's super. Much better than buying pre-ground coffee - you get less sludge in the bottom of the cup with a course grind.
I only ever grind as much as I'm going to use immediately to fill the cafetiere.
