Maybe not but they don't seem to have started bidding for players

until 2/3rds of the way through the month and the initial bids all appear well short of the mark in terms of being tempting to the selling club. The whole process just seems to take such a long time and I don't really understand why it has to, especially when we have known for months that we needed to get someone in.
