I've already had an invite to book tables!

Realistically, need to reserve tables by end of March, but no money due until July. Flights the same time - so people need to commit to buying a flight by the end of March - mid April. Im keeping an eye on prices though so might come forward a little. Prepaid hotel rooms paid for by end of April, or pay a bit more and get 'pay on checkout' rooms.

They've taken the flight we took last year out of service, so I reckon Heathrow - Frankfurt, then an hour on the train to Stuttgart. Will still get us there early afternoon.
