Well, historically and attendances wise, they are

and they've only struggled since O'Neill left, but he obviously thought he could do what he did here with players from lower leagues.

Hasn't worked out, but I doubt he's doing anything different to what he did here. It's just that *because* the expectation levels are higher maybe it's harder for those youngsters and foreign imports to cope when things start to go wrong.

And because he has no history with the players like he had here, maybe they don't take to his brusque management "style".
