they have no choice but to keep him. If they got someone else in he has no time to improve the squad so will have to work with the players he has, which seems to be the problem.
The difference with us was that he was able to build a team in the lower leagues where they could jell and forge that winning mentality. To do it in the Prem is an entirely different proposition.
