Why don't you?

Is it because you feel (like the people I've had bets with do) that all footballers are obsessed by money and will therefore put financial gain ahead of personal happiness or loyalty? I'm sure there are a lot of them out there but that doesn't mean they are all like it. Or is it because you don't have any faith in the board to see the bigger picture rather than short-term gain from letting him go?
I'm just curious!
