Hooper would score loads in the MLS because Celtic would be miles better than their opponents so he would get loads of chances.

This is why Kris Boyd scored loads for Rangers but not in the MLS. It doesn't mean the MLS is better than the SPL, simply that in the MLS he was playing a team that wasn't miles better than their opponents and so didn't get sh*tloads of chances.

I bet if Lionel Messi played for (say) Barnsley he wouldn't score as many goals as he does for Barcelona. But that doesn't mean the Championship is tougher than La Liga.
