Rider: I like my bacon lightly cooked, not crispy

and I buy proper bacon, not the supermarket stuff you can see through. Therefore, the pizza cooks quicker than the bacon, so the bacon's lightly done, and it's a tastegasm. If you like bacon crisp, you might want to start it off under the grill, or buy the thin stuff.
