I don't want him out even after terrible start, but only 2 points: the substitution and plan B. Some of us play 5-a-side or Sunday League, or like me the player-manager of the amaetur team; for this two things, I think everyone know how it works.

Sub can always make change to the game and see Jose Mourinho in Chelsea and not long ago, Paul Lambert, but can you name any game this season we use the sub to change our game from lose to draw or win? The same we start 4-5-1, ok I accept that even we pay respect to Reading, the bottom of the league team is still a good team, but when we created 0 chances with 0 pressure to them, take Bennett out and give another extra attacker in did not help the situation yesterday, we need another forward in to give more pressure on their defence. Not play for the fans but for the player confidence.

I just want our manager who have "common sense" to do things.
