The issue for me isn't if he can change a game but if he has more than one way of playing

Our entire season seems to be based upon playing 4=5=1 in every game, hoping Snodgrass can dive to win a free kick and nicking a goal from a set piece.

Never mind changing a game, how about starting one with some other gameplan?
