Realistically will there be any competition for Hooper?

Just can't see any other club, bar Sunderland I suppose, who would want Hooper. Untested to any great degree and fee 3 x that of MIchu. Only two teams in the Prem who are goal shy and not interested in big name samba signings. Poll position I'd say?
