Windows right? Open windows explorer ("my computer", whatever) right-click the disk icon you want to defrag, select Properties, go to the Tools tab on the dialog box and you'll see a "Defragment Now" button. CLick that and the defrag util will open. You can run "Analyze" first which will tell you if there's any real point in doing it. It might take a fair while to run if you've a big full disk.
