help needed

The Inland Revenue (Thieving Bastards) have sent my tax return
back with a request that I amend an answer.
In response to question four, "How many dependants do you have ?"

I replied:
Two million, one hundred thousand illegal immigrants, one million, one hundred thousand drug addicts, four million, four hundred thousand unemployable scroungers, nine hundred and one thousand convicts in over eighty-five prisons, and six hundred and fifty idiots in Parliament.
Apparently this was not an acceptable answer.
SO WHO ON EARTH HAD I MISSED?
