I guess it depends on how strictly they stick to players not being able to leave the ground with both feet. When he made contact with the ball his feet weren't off the ground, but they were both off the ground prior to that.
If refs are saying you can't go into any tackle with both feet off the ground at any point then it's a foul.
But it wasn't as bad as his tackle against us, where he actually made contact with Johnson's leg and the ball with a raised boot, studs first.
