What do you mean by an 'exception'

Dont you think it would be easier for a birmingham spy to sneek in and watch training (if they wanted too) along with everyone else instead of coming on to a Norwich City Unoffical message board and getting 2nd hand news?

I very much doubt any news you can give us will be used by Birmingham to help them thrash us at the weekend!
