This transfer window

Hoots needs to buy the players he needs to make the squad capable of an effective Plan B. We're easily good enough to stay up as we are but if teams in the lower half know how they can get away with a 0-0 draw by negating Plan A then staying in this division may be a bit trickier than it need be. We must win as many home games as poss, and if reading and Saints come here with a Do Not Lose attitude they may be successful. I'm not doom-mongering, just pointing out the bleedin' obvious.
