I think Graham is a bit more proven than Hooper.

Did well in the champs in an average side, can score in the PL.

While Hooper did well in the champs in a poor side but is the SPL a higher standard than the champs?
Lambert didnt think so.

Obvioulsy if we could afford it buying them both and offloading some of our strikers would be the way to go!
