Surely it's pretty clear..

At present Hughton doesn't feel confident playing 2 up front because of the lack of quality behind Holt I.e Moro, Kane, Jackson. Graham is arguably a better player than Holt and could start with or ahead of Holt as Hughton deems fit. He likes competition for places and we have next to none up front.
