Why would he start with Jackson? He clearly doesn't rate him judging

By the fact he's started Kane ahead of him. Holt and Graham looks a viable partnership for a 4-4-2. It would give us an option for when playing without Wes. Personally I would not like to see that too often but his form has dipped a bit last few weeks.
