The things i remember are...

The utterly SHIT warm-up act which was basically girls in short skirts and bras dancing around randomly to Bananarama songs.

When introduced, he stuck his head out of the side, with that cheeky chappy grin, and received a lukewarm reception (at best). He looked a bit miffed and walked on to the stage and said, "shall I go off and come back on again?" Great start, Jim.

A 15 minute bit on Linford Christie's 'Lunchbox.

Wolf from out of Gladiator was sitting two rows in front of us.
