Speaking of kate Beckinsale, I watched the rehash of Total Recall last night

Oh my, they cocked that up. It looked like Michael bay's work, lots of explosions, super-rapid speed that's slightly confusing. A couple of plot points taken from the original only really served to confuse. I'd be interested in the opinions of people who've seen the rehash but not the original, tho I'm confident that they'll still think the fillum's crap.
