Anyone know of the Austrian striker and winger from Bruge we are apparently after?

I was told this today by a guy who does no normally speculate on transfers, but on Twitter it was meant with more of a collection of red top rumours.

He also said that Lappin is meant to be off to Hibs and Ward is off to Leeds
