I'm not after a barney, honest. Motes and beams, that's all.

I wrote in another post that it's OK to fret about whether players are up to it, and it is. We just shouldn't decry players as Worst Ever, especially if we've seen Andy Hughes or Mike Sheron. Also, other people shouldn't trash us for worrying about players. It's all part of loving a club. And if it turns out that they were right, and we were wrong, well that's an ideal result, innit?

I seriously doubted Hoots after the Liverpool game, as much for his Gunn-like inability to stop what was happening as for what was going on on the pitch. But I was wrong, he turned things around really impressively - that's fantastic, well done Hoots.

Doesn't mean I was wrong to be worried though. I thought Moro would grow into that game yesterday, but he didn't, really. I still think he can do a job for us, but I may be wrong, and the Moro Slaggers would have been right. And so on. Too many words.
