Does buy back still exist?

Desperate for a man city ticket and will make the 80 mile journey by taking a gamble if it's still going? Last time I did buy back was against derby couple of seasons ago. Got the last ticket that and was no 7 in the que. the other 50 or do we're heartbroken.
