Liverpool, Arsenal + Spurs all substantially weaker than normal this year, Vill and Newcastle out of it too. Even chelsea pretty poor.

Everton only other challenger really.

If Spurs stay this bad all year it could happen. Suspect theyll improve though.

Also suspect it would be Swansea not us but here's hoping, 10 games and counting :)
