Of course I'm disappointed about today's inept performance, but I can't help feeling pleased that Norwich won in one sense.

There they are, basically a team of nobodies and journeymen, mainly British, who seem to be able to play the simple game in an organised and disciplined manner who were able to play us off the park today.

Us, in comparison, a team of internationals, clearly lacking in so many ways - inconsistent, error-strewn, casual, overcomplicated and lacking bite. How do they do it when we can't? Is it down to poor man management or naive coaching methods? Something is clearly missing - what is the magic ingredient that Norwich have, West Brom have, Swansea have etc etc ???
