I think all of those things help to create such a culture

150 people get shot every day I think I read the average is. The media will be all over this story with huge coverage over the next 2 weeks which will just add to it. They will try and discover why this one person did such a thing rather than why so many people would do such a thing. Then it will happen again within a year. Actually sometimes with these incidents such as these, they inspire another one within a month.
