and topped the rest of the pint up with vodka (50ml ish)

1kg of frozen veg mixed into 2 tins of chilli beef soup

2 Raisin Whirls

2 Cheese Sarnies

2 Mars Bars

and a banana

20 minutes I was sat on the throne. I thought I was going to be there forever
