Just ring up customer services and ask for it - they'll put you through to the right team.

Will probably be the retentions people that can give it to you. It's standard stuff though - very easy to get.

I've just taken out a new Orange contract after finishing my previous Orange contract. Ridiculously, as I didn't do it as an upgrade (so I got a better deal), they can't transfer my number between the two contracts. I've therefore had to get a pay-as-you-go SIM from another provider so that I can "port" my number out to that and then back on to Orange! The first step completed today so I rang T-Mobile up to get another PAC code to get back to Orange and they said I couldn't port out the same day as porting in so I have to ring back tomorrow. Worth the hassle (and mandatory minimum ?5 PAYG top-up) to keep my number though.
