Its not the problem (yet), but want to move due to all the hassle I've had.

Just wondering whether that's going to be another layer of grief to get to another provider. I'm going to the regulator about them tomorrow, and I'm refusing to pay two outstanding bills until they offer me some kind of acceptable resolution. But I can't afford the risk of them cutting off my service until I've moved the number elsewhere.

Wondering if I could go and buy a cheap PAYG phone or Sim tomorrow and get my existing number switched to that straight away.
