Had both and it has to be Samsung sIII

No bloddy itunes
Can change the battery if you have a heavy day watching TV at work ( so I have heard )
Crystal Clear screen
Can get it free or very cheap on most plans
upgrade memory with a memory card
Only downside I can think of is the re-sale will probably be lower but I will let you know in 19 months
