this is a bit like trying to debate something with my ten year old

the (very simple) point is, is the team who finishes 18th - whoever that will be - going to be better or worse than the team who finsihed 18th last season (Bolton).

My strong contention is that they will be better - whether it's Wigan, Villa, Southampton, or (God forbid) us.
