by going round with an empty scrabble tile bag, ask all the bulbs to wang a quid in, mentally note the mingebags and then go the shops and buy tickets plus a couple of tins of orangeboom and a choc bar for my payment for my time, neck them on the way back and get an office jr to scan the tickets and wang them on a massive email to everyone.

I'm winning even when we don't win.
