Gave up selling on there when some chancer

bought a bluray film from me, sent a message saying it wasn't working and wanted a part refund, I asked them to take a picture of what her player said when trying to play is as I 100% knew it was fine.

Sent a picture and the thick b***h was trying to play it on a DVD player.

Left me negative feedback and ebay didn't give a toss. Wasn't able to leave any form of negative feedback for her. Gave up after that, waste of time being a seller on there by the time they take fees etc.
