Haven't used it for a while...

...but my experiences match just what you've said, things like selling a 5.1 sound system, the buyer saying it's great but a certain channel isn't working (when I knew full well it was as I'd tested before selling) and could he have a discount (I said no but if he'd like to send it back I'd fix the broken channel - no I don't have the requisite tekkers but he wasn't to know that - at which point he mysteriously said no it was fine and left me positive feedback!).
