farking hell

went to buy tickets online today. little wait but otherwise fine. except it wants the customer number, which i don't know off the top of my head. no bother, i expect i can get it emailed to me. try and put in my email address but that doesnt work. If i try and register again it tells me just to log in with my customer number as my details are on the system already

try and phone, big queues and i cant wait that long at work. oh well, i'll just wait till i get home, it wont sell out in a day...
