"Wes, I know you're our best player and you've been Man of the Match almost every game recently and the national press are raving about you and there's rumours of teams looking at you, but I'm dropping you for the next game"
I'd imagine the response would either be "f**k off you're a t**t" or worse "Okay i'm off"...
