Just back from the game. Review Soton away.

Apols if this is all WW2.

On the whole I was fairly encouraged, espc the second half where we had much more of the ball than Soton and came forward much more than at Reading and Everton. Wes was awesome and everything we did offensively came through him.
We could have won it if we had converted a few more chances but any way pt in the prem is a good point earnt. St Mary's is dull though. The usual modern lego-kit stadium with no atmosphere and a sterile environment. The old Dell was always a good place to go for a laugh and atmosphere but thats long gone. Good Norwich away following as usual. Singing the 12 days of Huckerby in a home pub (cant remember the name) didnt go down too well with the locals but
to drunk to care.

Player ratings:-

Bunn - With Ruddy out for 3 months we'll be needing Mr Bunn. Did ok. Fairly secure but didnt have too much to do. He looks half decent.

Garido - solid.
Bassong - immense.
Bennett - solid. Done well in replacing turner.
Whitacker - mmmmm. Gets turned alot and his passing was poor. Defo the weak link at the back but maybe needs more time. RM always standing by to take his place back if need be I guess.
Frustrating to watch at times.

Wes - best player on the park. no doubt. MOM.
Tettey - great game. starting to warm to him.
BJ - He's tettey's sidekick in midfield. Had a shot - wasnt on target surprise, surprise !
Quite like BJ though. Gives 100%
Pilks - useless crossing in first half. Sliced the ball into the stands twice!. Not in great form tbh.
Snods - I've not been a big fan since he joined but he got better as the game went on and its the best I've seen him play so far. Does work hard. However the Whitacker/Snodgrass link isnt working.

Holt - poor game. Looks short on confidence in front of goal. If we continue to play 1 up front we need a bit more from him or someone with more quality. Creates havoc and wins free kicks but telling he aint scored for a while.

Lego / Moro - no time to really assess.

Defo need a striker.

Tettey, Bassong and Wes must be the first names on the team sheet at the moment.
