Why Holt is a good leader on the pitch

Yesterday Snodgrass got charged off the ball, and thought he should have had a free kick, so sat there on the floor moaning.

Having lost the ball, and with Snodgrass out of position, Holt sprinted back from the attacking centre forward position he had taken up for the break and got back in front of Whittaker, slowing the attack down, while also rightly shouting at Snodgrass (I presume to say get the f**k up!)
